How Can I Book?
The Palace Theatre & Cliffs Pavilion operate a combined Box Office. You can make a reservation at our Box Office either in person, by telephone (01702 351135) or online. For more information on how to book online click here
When Is The Box Office Open?
The Palace Theatre & Cliffs Pavilion operate a combined Box Office. You can make a reservation at our Box Office either in person, by telephone (01702 351135) or online.
Cliffs Pavilion
On Sundays where there is not a performance the Box Office will remain closed
Palace Theatre
At the Palace Theatre the Box Office is open to personal callers on performance days only. If a show commences before 3pm the Box Office opens at 10.00am, if the show does not commence until after 3.00pm the Box Office opens at 3.00pm.
How Can I Pay For Tickets?
Payment may be made by cash, cheque (with bankers card), Mastercard, Visa, Switch, our own gift vouchers and SWET vouchers.
Do You Charge Any Booking Fees?

Please note that the maximum number of tickets that may be booked online is nine per show.
Cash payments and group bookings of 10+ are exempt. Some special one-night events will instead incur a per-ticket booking fee of £2.00 or £2.50. Please see individual show listings for details of when this applies.
How Long Will You Hold My Tickets Without Payment?
We hold cash/cheque reservations for three working days while you send payment together with an SAE Group Bookings of more than 20 seats will be held until one month before the performance.
