Summer Refurbishment 2010

From mid-July to the end of August the Cliffs Pavilion is undergoing some major refurbishment work.

After 18 years of use all 1630 seats in the main auditorium are being replaced as are the carpets throughout the foyers and Foyer Bar.

Stage 1 of the refurbishment consists of the complete replacement of all the auditorium seats. The balcony and box seats have all now been replaced and the finishing touches are been made to the rear stalls and front stalls.

Stage 2 involved the removal of the old carpets and the fitting of the new design which has now been completed.

Throughout all of this work the rest of the Cliffs Pavilion will be open for business as usual with the Foyer Bar opening daily at 10.00am and lunches being served in the Pavilion Restaurant between 12.00noon and 2.00pm.
